Expensive (special build) laptop, HP had to service it within the first few months (due to an exterior pounding it got) and it's just great for me, possibly minus the keyboard. I like the large, 15"+ screen and a numpad on the large keyboard, and the lights under the keys, but it's "silver" finish is so easily tarnished. In cleaning the keys, I ruined a half-size pgdn key that I use constantly, and their YT video helped a bit, but I'd broken the tiny metal bracket. I paid the $10 (huge shipping/handling fee), but got the pgdn key with the assembly in a packet in a regular envelope within a week and, well, I've got my keyboard back! It was terrifying, as I was beginning to worry I'd been scammed, but this was a good experience for me.
