July 21st 2008 I bought an LCD monitor from these jerks. The advertised price was 1125.00. Subsequently they took 1518.00 from my account. I have made numerous phone calls in an attempt to straighten out this matter only to be put on indifinite hold, or lied to. One customer service representative in the credit dept. told me that an E-mail with the refund transaction number would be sent by 6:30 that night. It was not. I have called my credit card company and no refund from 123 Buy Direct has been initiated. The entire process of dealing with this company has been extremely unpleasant. Something should be done to make sure this experience is not repeated for other customers.
