I was recommended by a friend to the good folks at 1800 Loose Diamonds by a friend for a diamond and engagement ring. They are located in the jewelry district in downtown los angeles amongst many other shops. I did visit a few shops but I found the service at Lamden/1800 Loose Diamonds to the most attentive. At the time my fiancee and I were shopping around we found most of the jewelers to be very aggressive and pushy; Michelle, David and their son Elan took the time to make the experience fun. The main reason why we decided to go with them, they were not aggressive and did not seem desperate to make the sale, we left and came back two weeks later and the price was still the same, same service and everything. So in a nutshell that is why we made the right choice to go with a family of jewelers that have been in the business for 30+ years as the same company.
