I recently order hair from the Ontario location. My experience with this store was terrible, to say the least. I went in on March 22,2011 to purchase some hair. The lady behind the counter Michelle- said she did not have the type of hair that I wanted and if I left a deposit she would place an order for it and it would be in her store within two business days. I was leaving town by that time so she offered to mail it to my home upon her receipt of the hair. Instead of leaving a deposit, I paid for the hair in full. When the hair didn't arrive to her by the time she stated, she didn't bother giving me a courtesy call to inform me. I have had to be the one to constantly call her and ask for an update and it has now been over a month and I still have not yet received my hair after she has claimed that she sent it. Be careful with this company , if they don't have the hair on the spot- don't give them your money!!!
