I do not recommend using this company. The company showed up well over an hour late to the job. The mover's took a couple of smoking breaks in addition to walking up to the local store to buy food - while I paid for two hours of their work. The mover's completely destroyed my Flat Screen TV. When I went to file a claim - they blamed me and would not reimburse me. A number of scrathes were also left on my furniture pieces. Stick to the big name companies to move your items - and make sure you get the extra insurance in the event any of your stuff is broken. I was not so fortunate and regret using this company. The company needs to focus on better customer service, being on time to jobs, and taking responsibility for damaged items instead of blaming the customer regardless of the situation.

We are sorry that you were not satisfied with the service you received from our company and apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you. We are a full service moving company that also provides services to customers who need help with either loading/unloading or both if it’s within the covered area. In your case, we only did the loading of the U-Haul truck you rented. U-Haul offers moving protection packages which include cargo protection in the event your property gets damaged during transportation for an extra $15.00 it is your option. If we had performed both the loading and unloading of your personal property we would be liable for any loss or damage that may have occurred during your move. Unfortunately that is not the case. Again, we do apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused you.
