ASAP - I coud not select ZERO stars rating

we have similar experiance about ASAP as Bjarne S. and Galia M. of 2017 and Kimberly C of 2021. we ordered some parts from ASAP which they supposed to have in stock. Then we paid in advance and they offered us products that could not be accepted by our customer. So we asked to refound our money. It was 5 MONTHs ago and we still do not have the refund. From time to time (rarely) they answer our emails blaiming us for wrong bank account or blaiming covid but the result is still ZERO. Is it AFR Enterprises policy to tolerate such behaviour of their subsidary?
