I got another notice from ARM regarding my late charges bill from Hollywood Video. I called to let them know I do not owe this and of course they fought me the entire conversation. Hollywood Video would not let you rent additional videos if you owed late fees and of course 3 years later I'm getting a bill for late charges. Of course the representative, Wilbur, told me if I could produce the receipts of my payments he would take care of adjusting my bill. No one keeps receipts from 2009 when they pay a late fee. Come on.
This is a RIP OFF!!
I think something needs to be done to stop this collection agency from taking money from us that we don't owe.
