Very disappointed mom!
Within the 1 month free trial period, my 8 year old has received very limited practice. We've not being able to login or reset the username or password as recommend. At each attempt; I would get an alert of non-recognition of my username and or password, but I have being receiving promotional emails from the site. To make matters worse, my account has been debited for a new month. Unsubscribe yes!
