I am already upset that I cannot give them zero stars. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with this company; however, I was not one of the unfortunate persons who actually gave them my credit card number. I requested a quote from them which led to several phone calls per day that occurred during my working hours. Now you might think that I am being too harsh, but I specifically requested for them to call me after 4:00, since they worked until 6:00. To make matters worse, the calls were coming from a "Restricted Number" and that immediately sends my red flags up. What credible company would call their customer from a "Restricted Number" unless they didn't want to be called backback? So, since I was getting numerous personal calls while at work, I told my sales rep to deal with my spouse. We both investigated them through the BBB and they had a good rating, so they have to be a good company, right? We still just felt that something was not right. We decided to move with another option and when my spouse told the sales rep about that, he said he would do the whole move for $1100. Really?! My spouse then told him that we would have to discuss it together and think about it. As soon as my spouse hung up the phone, the rep called me and said that my spouse gave the go ahead for the move and that he needed my credit card. REALLY?! Little did the rep know that we were actually sitting next to each other (yes, he called me AGAIN at 2:00, but I was home sick that day.) I told him that I would never suspect that my spouse would make such a large decision without my input, and, for probably the 100th time, declined giving my credit card info. The calls continued with his blatant lies in trying to trick my spouse and me, and then when we told him that we were not going to use his business, I started receiving calls from a "Restricted Number" several times a day with only silence on the other end. Hmmmm...wonder who that is? I am so glad that my gut told me to run. I read online reviews and it seems that these people are a bunch of crooks. Too bad a reputable company like BBB doesn't have that same opinion.
