I believe this company to be a SCAM!!! They dont want to tell you the company name, the first time I was told they were the af group, and next ag financial. They refuse to provide any proof of validity of the debt in writing.They just want u to give them a debit/credit card number asap to stop any further proceedings... I was told I had been sued, was going to have a judgement against me, that my bank account, irs refunds, and assets would be levied if I didn't settle for $5oo....which he needed asap. Last year they called and did the same thing, and I was scared enough to give them $300...then they would never provide me the validity I asked for.It was like they disappeared until this year, when they tried it again but with more threats and being even more vague about answering questions and providing info. and documentation..I guess because I was dumb enough to give them money once they decided to try me again. It just doesn't seem legitimate, so I am not paying them anything else. I will be filing other complaints hoping to protect others from this company.
