Their staff lies and manipulates information. They will go to any length to deny a claim.
My car was hit by an old woman insured by American Family Insurance. A police officer saw both cars and prepared a report (I went to police station to initiate the report preparation process).
They gave many reasons while denying my claim. A lot of what they said on phone was not mentioned in their letter, perhaps because they doubted their own knowledge later. They said that new cars did not transfer paint, but that was not put into writing. They said that the heights of the damage marks on the two cars showed that their party could not have hit my car. They did not take into account the grade of the parking lot where their party hit my still car. An inclined parking surface allows a car to hit another car at a higher level than it would on a flat parking surface.
They lied that the police officer prepared report purely based on what I said, without even looking at their party's car.
Either their people do not know geometry or pretend that they do not know it.
Stay away from them.
