Difficult to make an appointment with a preferred practitioner, feedback not taken seriously (no action), and I've received conflicting reasons as to why I had to wait several weeks between appointments. Initially it was 7 weeks, then miraculously went down to 4. Apparently new research showed the change in time. I'm not believing that as research on hair growth has been consistent for several decades.
When I asked to transfer treatment locations to Columbia, it proved to be inconvenient. The offices are not linked by computer, so paperwork had to be shuffled back and forth.
I spent $1,500 on this treatment, and so far, it's not worth it. I would recommend going to a dermatologists' office for this treatment. First, you will have a regular practitioner, and second, it will be done by a physician or a nurse practitioner under a doctor's care and direction.
