This firm is a complete joke. First of all, everyone supposedly are managers and senior processors. They don't care to listen to their client's needs but are excellent at completely cutting you off. They hired bunch of inexperienced people that don't know your their knees to their elbows. They keep on requesting same information over and over. I don't know if this is their tactic to buy time or what? In order to win take your money, in the beginning they over promise with you with all the wonderful services they provide and how they receive "great review"- uh huh, that's the reason why they have "F". Once you signed their contract then it's game over and that's when all hell break loose. Do me a favor, save your money, it's not worth for you to go through horrible experience with these people. All I can say is that in time, I'm sure justice will be serve as some of the people who left reviews here have filed complaint and I'm next in line to join them. Thank goodness, I've saved all my e-mails with them. I've started with FTC and have three more organizations to file complaint. It's been a year and still no news of loan modification. Talk about unethical business practice. Someone also here talked about this firm violating Senate Bill 94. This is something I will definitely look into.
