We ordered tires from onlinetires.com because they offered the best advertised price on the size we were looking for. The tires we ordered were on their website with pictures and full description. When the tires never arrived I placed a call only to find out they don't even sell those tires. They failed to adequately explain why they advertised tires they don't even stock.
They charged my credit card for the full amount without shipping the product and blamed it on "computer software". We requested a refund and were told it would appear back in our account in 3-4 business days. It has now been over 2 weeks since they claimed they sent the refund yet nothing has shown up in our account.
Every time I call to speak with someone who can clear this up I'm quickly told that "Jonathan", the sales manager, is the only one who can issue a refund. For some reason "Jonathan" is never available. He is always in a meeting or at lunch. There is no way to speak with anyone who can clear this up because the guy, "AJ", who answers the phone refuses to connect me to anyone and says he doesn't have the authority to issue refunds.
We are now out the amount onlinetires.com charged our credit card. I'm sick of being told "Jonathan" will return my calls (he never has) and disgusted with the way onlinetires.com conducts business when it comes to refunds.
Isn't it internet fraud to advertise a product you don't even sell? Isn't it theft to charge a person's credit card for merchandise you never sent? I think so.
Onlinetires.com needs to refund to the total amount they charged my credit card and vastly improve their customer service.
