Ordered a product on line after calling into Armex Car Audio conforming that it was in stock and ready to ship. The web site seems kinda of cheesy, no place to check on your order status. Communication is very poor, and the customer service was rude when I called to check on order status. called in four days after I ordered to a to find out that item is back ordered and that they refunded my money with no notification.
