I have never received the item that I ordered from BabyUltimate.com. I sent 4 emails to their customer service address and received no response. I called the phone number listed on this site and it was disconnected. I had paid through PayPal and they obviously had no problem accepting my payment for the baby outfit I ordered. I called the phone number listed on PayPal and received a recording to order a book, which had nothing to do with baby clothes. I did leave a message on the off chance it might be the same company. I've heard nothing.
I filed a dispute against Baby Ultimate with Pay Pal and will upgrade it to a claim in the next few days if I hear nothing from Baby Ultimate.
The clothes offered on the Baby Ultimate website are beautiful, but I would advise potential customers to go elsewhere to find cute baby clothes.
