Bayshore Aquarium went above & beyond my expectations! I purchased a wall aquarium from them 2 years ago. Everyone from their sales rep to driver to customer support was extremely nice and friendly. I've never had a fish tank before so I must have called them several times a day for 2 weeks. I just changed my wall aquarium from fresh water to salt water this week and to my astonishment, their customer service was still top notch even though I purchased the fish tank 2 years ago. Most companies only care about the initial sale then forget about you. They spent about 10-20 minutes with me each time I called and even explained to me about the best kind of salt water fish to get even though they don't sell fish! You would think I was purchasing a house with the amount of time and care they spent on me. I thanked them several times for making me feel like an important customer. In return, I wanted to write a great review. Thank you Bayshore Aquarium! Everyone loves our wall aquarium in our waiting room and your service couldn't be better!
