Horrible experiance. i was led to believe that they were doing my move. my non-refundable deposit was paid to them. they did the inventory list and gave me my estimate. they then sent out their sister agency Serenity van lines who doubled my estimated cost, required me to pay 3 times the original amount to recieve my belongings. i requested a reweigh and it show my things weighed in a 1140 lbs, not the 6200 lbs they claimed! they then refused to honor Beckens agreement with me and provide a total refund of the amount i overpaid. i have requested copys of the weight receipts that led them to believe my weght doubled. i have never recieved it! they do not respond to emails and have been rude, unhelpful and have even used cuss words. Beckens also is not returning my calls and is being very unhelpful.
