I have been with this storage facility for 5 years. For 3 of them, I had 2 storage spaces. The space I am renting, the roll-up door was not sealed to the floor. It has an approxiate 1 inch space opening which allowed dirt, debris, leaves, many spiders (incl. black widow) and webs hanging from the ceiling everywhere. I was shocked my expensive fitness equipment was filthy with cobb webbs in many places. I reported it right away 2 weeks before Christmas and the door has still not been fixed to this day. My dumbbells sustained rust damage from the moisture coming in as well. They had the audacity to charge me a late fee for not addressing their issue with my storage unit and the manager in the office was extremely rude and told me if I don't like it I can move my stuff out and leave. Don't rent from this facility. They could care less about keeping their customers whatsover.
