POOR customer support and service

The products they offer and the price are very attractive; HOWEVER, watch closely on any warranty they may provide. We purchased a motorized car and they only warranted it for 60 days. That is my fault for not noticing that at purchase.
We began having issues after about 6-8 months. We tried to contact support but will only chat online - they will not speak to you on the phone at all! I opened a ticket up with them and was promised to receive a call back from their escalations team. I was instructed to wait 72 hours for them to call me back. After waiting about a month with no contact back from them, they simply closed the ticket...no questions asked...no resolution offered.
I contacted them back and they stated they have no technical support and they can only offer tips from the user manual. I just do not understand why they could not have relayed this to me up front.
i was able to resolve the issue on my own and was nothing they even suggested.
