WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED FROM ANY COMPANY EVER.
I have been using this company's products since the late 1990s and didn't experience problems. Until I was illegally charged multiple times for their game World of Warcraft without me authorizing it or even being able to play the game. I tried emailing and calling, they never responded. After a while they deleted my account with the company. Recently I purchased their newest game, Starcraft II, and cant play it because they deleted the account attached to my game's serial number. Try to avoid this company by all means possible!
