My husband and I went to buy a new ford from the autoplex, we had to drive 1hr to get to las cruses. When we got there the Internet manager Pat was very nice every one was nice till we decided what car we wanted. Once we got to finance everything changed, Luis renteria kept running credit to all the banks except the one bank I asked him to check cause we have done business with that bank. Luis stated that he would but tomorrow cause it was late and everything was closing. We did not leave the dealer till almost 11pm and the next day Luis did not do like he said. I my self went to the bank and it took borman auto plex 3 hrs. To send a paper to finish up the loan. I had to speak to Luis, Adrian Valerie and Freddie a total of 4 people before they sent the paper and got the loan on the new ford. Thee weeks later Borman has still not paid off my tradein and they have not collected the money on the loan that I got myself for the ford. I call and call and not one person know what's going on they just transfer to the next person. I even tried to talk to the gm who is also the owner KEVIN CONNOLE who is the meanest of all the people that I have had to deal with.
I now have two car loans and only one car cause the dealer will not give me back my tradein and will not take the new car or even cash the loan.
the worst dealer ever.
