Beware of BoutiqueJewels.com. They company has a very stingy return policy and if you do make the 15 day return deadline, they may just manufacture a reason not to take an item back. This happened to me and I have not been refunded the $399 I spend on a poorly-made, low quality cashmere coat. I returned the coat only to be told it was smelly and had pet hair on it - neither was true as the coat NEVER left the original packaging. Once I saw the coat, I knew that I had to return it as it was such poor quality. I contacted the company for the required return form, send the coat the next day via fed-ex and was just informed that I will not get a refund! I have not been able to get my money back AND BoutiqueJewels.com has the coat. So, I have nothing but $399 less in my bank account. Their business practices are criminal and I don't know how they get away with this and stay in business.
