I have used this business twice. Every time I call with a question, or want updated pictures or have training questions, I have had a very polite and patient staff member answer every question.
I used this website because of the Lifetime Guarantee. I forked over a good amount for a puppy that was just to be a family pet. According to most knowledgeable puppy people, it is common for pups to have parasites. Unfortunately, it is costly. However, owning a dog is costly and that is why they ask you on your initial interview if you realize they can be expensive.
In my case my first puppy tragically was killed while walking her on her leash. The company asked for a death certificate, called me back and let me know that I could choose another within 90-days for half price, plus the shipping, crate, etc.
Now I don't know if there is false advertising on these puppies, but I loved my puppy for what it was, not as a business transaction. My puppy was as dear to me as my children, and when I get my new puppy next week, I am sure she will jump into my heart as well. Perhaps the other 2 reviews should do a little more research and soul searching as to what a puppy is all about.
