over the last few years we have been having some severe issues managing our stock levels while at the same time fulfilling new orders. This was due to a disconnect between our warehouse staff and our sales department. we decided to implement a new CRM system that could integrate with out QB POS system. We hired business dynamics to help us manage the process as-well as streamline our sales process. They came in and we hammered out a scope and timeline for the transition. I am happy to report that they came in basically within the agreed upon completion window.
