I want to extend my sincere thanks and true gratitude to Paul Young and Suzie Bryant for all of their work on my Home Loan Modification!! They listen and they truly have hearts. I was one of those people who didn't qualify for any of the government refinance
programs out there - HARP (I didn't have a Fannie OR Freddie Loan), but continued to struggle with a payment on an upside loan. I waiting one day at one of those Modification Seminars, I again was turned down and told I would have to live with my loan as it
was, there was no program for me. I even followed the advise of my mortgage company and attempted to get the denial letter from the recommended sources online, to no avail, they said I made too much money (really). No one would even take my information. The
mortgage company wanted a denial letter before they would consider modifying my loan. I finally called CDA Law Center on the advice of my accountant friend, and talked to Paul Young. He was incredibly patient and honest, and he was always there to answer all
of my questions. He was very professional, informative and also very nice. He walked me off the ledge a few times. CDA would do the very best they could to secure a reasonable modification. Suzie Bryant, my negotiator kept in contact with me via e-mail, calmed
my nerves when I panicked and only today gave me the great news that my modification was done. And she was able to negotiate an over $1,000 savings per month on my payment. WOW!! My regular monthly payment was more than $1,600.00 and now it's $549.00. My interest
rate was 6% and now it's 2% fixed for the life of the loan. If that's not great to you, then listen to how much they reduced my principal balance. By $106k! That's terrific. Me and my husband struggled so bad. At that time, we were ready to give up. The mortgage
company would not help. We felt like it was hopeless, so we called Paul, I am so happy I made that phone call to him. You can read where it got us. We now have room to breathe! This was a very smooth process and I empathize with anyone who attempts to do this
