I am having the same problem. I ordered a printer over a month ago. I have received nothing and heard nothing. I have left messages, sent E-mails and they have not responded. My credit card was charged 2 days after the order. I spoke to someone 10 days ago and he said he would e-mail me. Received nothing. I too will try 1 more phone call and then file a complaint with the BBB and the credit card company.
It would be nice if there were some way people could post here what the final outcome was.
They took my call & explained that they hadn't received the item yet. They then canceled my order and I got a Paypal refund within an hour.
Now my only complaint is that they need to keep their customers informed.
