They are quick to quote you the world, but easily fail to deliver. Although the quote sounded fair after individually pricing the system myself, many issues arose. I was quoted for a full name brand (Sony) system. Upon return for install, they wanted to "upgrade" me to unknown companies. System ended up being four different brands.Never trust a salesperson that says, "Trust me." I was told I could bring the car back to switch the door speakers back to what was originally quoted, but that took a month of them coming up with excuse after excuse to push me away. Once they received notification from BBB, they are all of a sudden cooperative and excuses disappear. Be educated before you do business with this company. Demand an itemized quote! Mine just said the over all price on the receipt. I asked for a break down on it, then they only listed parts without prices. They make you pay before install. Pay after install, after you see what you actually get installed. Owner and main worker shady...be warned. Three weeks after BBB notification, they still have not responded to the complaint. That alone should offer insight to their business morality.
