HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service. While I disagree with the horrible interest rate and other sneaky "fees", that was my own fault for not reading the fine print....while at the dentist, in terrible pain, not sure how to pay for the needed treatment. Anyway, my issue is with their horrible customer service. I had a problem when I signed up for the "auto-pay" feature, completely misleading, DOES NOT STATE ANYWHERE IT WILL TAKE A PAYMENT OUT IMMEDIATELY!!! I ended up making two payments in one month. Tried to call to get it resolved, the snippy little girl on the other end of the phone not even let me finish a sentence, and then hung up on me. After waiting another 15 minutes on hold, I asked to speak directly to a manager...and was told I could not!!!!! Is that even legal? He repeatedly told that I had to give him all the information and he would "pass it along." I repeatedly asked to speak to a manager, and was repeatedly refused. This is a horrible, horrible company, and I'm so glad my bill is about paid off!!!!!!!
