My story is similar to the other posts. Came into contact with Catch The Bus after a lot of research. After much thought and a few conversations with Cassi, in May 2010 I placed a $13,424.50 deposit down on the restoration of a 75' Westfalia VW Bus. I was told the process would take 4-6 months. After placing my deposit, I have had little to no communication from Catch The Bus. From May to end of September of 2010, it appeared like it was business as usual, but since October they have gone silent. They removed their Facebook page, stopped updating their Blog and seem to have disconnected their office phones. The phones ring into a general mailbox. Their web cams are up and functioning some of the time, but there has been little movement in their shop. There is a list of folks that were on an email list that was sent out from Catch The Bus a couple months ago, they inadvertently exposed all their customers email addresses to everyone at that time. Since the beginning of October, these customers on the email list have been emailing each other with all the same story. There are at least 20-50 customers on the list that have placed over $10k down as a deposit and now this business has gone silent. WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK - Please HELP! This was supposed to be a wonderful experience, they appeared legit. But now, I fear they are crooks or just really horrible at running a business.
