I had Smart Lipo in July of 2009...Dr. Reynolds' office has horrible customer service. You will notice that the receptionist staff changes constantly at the office located at 2825 University Dr., Suite 410, Coral Springs,Fl. Christine Reynolds (wife)is very obnoxious with patients and attemtps to constantly get additional fees for services that were agreed upon and already performed.
Dr. Rynolds will promise services and never follow-through after getting your money. Get everything in writing. Also, look up doctor Reynolds in the state of Ohio. He has disciplinary actions for falsifying information about medical courses that were taken to keep his medical license current. He did not take the required courses to keep his license current and initially stated to the State of Ohio Medical Board that he had.
Stay far away from this practice.
