Took my mower in because I couldn't get it started. The guy tells me I have to leave with him and he'll get back to me after looking at it to tell me what is the problem. He calls me 2 days later and tells me that it will cost $25 to fix it. So I say go ahead and fix it. He does manage to get it to start and run. But after one use, it does that same thing again and not wanting to start again.
So all I think the guy did was, maybe, spray some kind of cleaner into the carb and temporarily fixed my problem. Took my $25 and have a nice day. So now I'm out $25 and no working mower again.
My rating of this place would be an F. When I asked him what was wrong with my mower, he gave me some obscure explanation and really didn't/couldn't tell me the reason.
Will not take my mower back to this place.
