Be very careful with this company, I had a ex leaving with me you past away and the medical bills went to there agency for collections. I started receiving bills were they had changed my last name to his. When I call on this I was told we had lived together we were married. It took writing a informing them I would file a lawsuit if I received any additional billings in my name. We had never been married. Before it all stopped. They would NOT listen, don't care as long as you will pay. Again be careful, deal with the original creditor if you can. If nothing else complain to the original creditor.
