I ordered trial offer which I received. I then received a debit of $88.97 to my credit card. I called them and said I didn't want the product but received product long afer my account was debited making it impossible to return within their 15 day term. This has been going on since Dec. 2008 . The product was returned unopened with their RMA# as directed. I have emailed them numerous times and they now will not respond any longer to emails. I have sent them certified mail for which I have a receipt and they accepted and no reply to that correspondence...sent two more letters ....no reply. At one point Rick James emailed me and offered a refund of $34.99 on 1/28/09 that never happened. In my 64 yrs I have never had a dealing with a more unethical, rude and shabby business as this one.
