CII contacted me back in August of 2007, before there were any signs of problems on the BBB. I gave them 1 account to test them out and after 1 month they wanted to send them to litigation and they wanted $1000 upfront for attorney costs. I made up a story that I needed more time and they called me back a month later. I hesitated on the cost and their rep said since this was a "personal vendetta" for him (he spewed some nonsense about the debtor calling his secretary derogatory names, and so on and so forth), he would cover 1/2 the cost "out of his pocket". That made me extremely suspicious, and at that point (November 2007) there were 7 unanswered complaints on this site. This company is all over ripoffreport.com as a scam, so stay away.
