Do not believe anything that you are told. I spoke with multiple people at Commercial Property Partners LLC regarding getting my deposit refunded. They went as far to send me an e-mail stating they were sending a check and never did. They sent a request to refund me to PayPayInc but never put money in the account. Every time a date came for one thing to happen they had another reason for not doing as they stated. When we got down to the end they told me that the person that put down a 20% non-refundable deposit had decided to lose their deposit of over $8,000.
I see there are a lot of people out there in the same situation. My suggestion is to join forces and contact every agency you can to file a formal complaint.
