I recently received a modification negotiated by this company after being turned down twice when I tried to do it on my own. They were extremely thorough when compiling my financials and explaining my hardships to my lender, Bank of America. I found them to be very willing to fight for me. In addition, I received weekly updates regarding the status of my loan modification and any additional information that was needed from me. I was also able to speak with a "live body" when I called to get any clarification or updates.
I would recommend this Law Firm to anyone who needs help with their mortgage or is concerned about losing their home!
