Rude customer service by Pam the air hostess. My trip from Cozumel was just horrible. Charged $6 twice from the same card on the plane for purchase of the same movie. I was told that would not happen by a less rude airhost. I tried calling customer service but they are just as rude and said nothing can be even attempted and must use the online service only. Continental air hostesses could use a lesson in customer service because I behaved the way they did I would be fired from my job.
