I wish I could give them no stars! Avoid this company at all costs. Sold tickets to a flight that did not exist. Could not reschedule. NO one there seems to care that this caused my vacation to be canceled and all they had to do was to contact us and let us know that there were NO PLANES! Worthless company. I was told that a person sold tickets on an overbooked fight was worse off than us who were sold tickets to a nonexistent flight with no other flight options! DO NOT USE THEM! Horrible customer service through out this whole ordeal.
