Terrible, untrustworthy company. Custom Floors misinstalled a patch of my carpeting in the wrong direction so it looked a different shade from the rest of the downstairs. They claimed it was "carpet crush" and only later agreed to replace the carpeting. Almost 7 months later they still have not resolved the matter. They have cancelled 3 appointments and we have had to pursue them to have this issue resolved.
I do not feel that this is a trustworthy company. A trustworthy company would work to have such an issue resolved. The problem is very noticeable. It is clear by their actions that the quality of their work is not a priority.
