I was the President of our HOA when I chaired a committee 1 1/2 years ago to review and select a different property management company. I am very disappointed in my recommendation to select Custom Property Management of West Palm Beach. I would personally give them a rating of a D-. Overall, in my opinion is this is a very poorly run company.
I was promised that by doubling the amount of monthly management fees, we would receive the very best service. Our monthly community bill went from approximately $36K per month to over $75K and I believe the level of service is worse.
