Took my Wrangler in becuase the blower motor was inop. The 1st time the "master" tech said it was the resistor. Warrenty wouldn't cover it so I paid the $150 for them to fix it. Go to pick it up and on the way home the blower still doesn't work so I take it back and the service writer says he'll look into it. Next day they say the blower motor is bad. Now I get a little upset because the resistor that I just bought is part of that and would have been covered had they said that from the beginning. I figure I'll take it up with them when I go pick it up. Get there and go check the blower and the damn thing still didn't work. Pretty much same thing except the next day they want to replace the blower switch/controller. Once agian go to pick it up and it still doesn't work so I chew his ass good and get a call about an hour later sayings its a BROKEN WIRE.. $1200 dollors for repair and it turns out to be a broken wire. Heres the best part they refused to repair saying they don't do that and want me to buy a new one for $1400 which they don't even know when they will get because its on some super-interglactic classified backorder. At this point I go straight to the General Manager and say this is a croc and they are a bunch of frauds. He agrees to reconnect the wire for $25 but wouldn't refund any if my money. The other irritating thing is they didn't even save my old parts and claimed they had lost them so I don't even know if they did all these repairs or not. Like I said huge frauds yet they still wonder why the general public won't trust a dealership.
