Bad: I've really not had any huge issues with the service department. With that said, I did run into a slight problem with them recently. I purchased a 2007 Dodge Charger SRT8 from this "dealership" a little over a month ago and had noticed a not-so-slight ticking/tapping noise. I know with the type of engine I have, that it's sometimes normal for that to happen, but I took it in regardless. The tech I met with was nice enough and the ticking had stopped when I got there, so I decided to have the tech check it out anyway. I've only had this vehicle for 1500 miles and was surprised to find out that it was already due for an oil change. They hadn't done the regular maintenance on it when it was in their inventory. Needless to say, I ended up getting charged for the oil change.

Worse: I have to say that I've not dealt with a more frustrating group of individuals than I did at this place. I met with the salesman and explained that I wanted a new vehicle. He proceeded to show me used ones. I can't slight him too much, since I ended up purchasing one, but I couldn't escape the feeling that I wasn't being listened to. Once the transaction was completed, he never even explained the service contract or features of the vehicle.

I then met with the finance guy, who I really didn't even need to meet with, since I was paying cash. I wanted some general information regarding financing, but didn't want a hassle. "It'll be no problem" turned into weeks of hassle with them. We even got into a shouting match over the price of the vehicle vs. Kelly Blue Book and what it was worth vs. what they were trying to get for it, since it was a repo. My finance woes continued on for weeks to come, as they had issues paying off the owner of my previous trade-in (which I was underpaid, eventhough it was only a few years old and a Dodge). They even registered my car to the an address that didn't even belong to me.

Needless to say, every survey, rep, tech, associate, janitor, etc... that will listen to me has gotten an earful of how poorly that location is run and how shady their practices/policies are, but nothing has been done. No apologies. No remorse. Nothing.
