BEWARE OF REBATE CHECKS!!! This company has sent me several "rebate" checks in hopes of obtaining my bank account information. Once they obtain your bank name and account number (which is on the check after you deposit it) they will attempt to levy your bank account. They did this to me, they were awarded all the money in my account (even though they did not even show up in court) and are still after more even though this debt has been paid 3 times over. They rely on you not keeping records. I've saved all these "rebate" checks and will be getting my own attorney. I am sure this is some form of fraud.
The Name on the rebate check is generically "Product Services".
