Staff Is Personal, Upbeat and Helpful

I have been here over a year with only one problem that was solved within the same day.
The place is great, close to the beach, great pool, all the amenities you need are offered and you are close to shopping and restaurants.
Nothing beats waking up and looking out at the boat harbor and seeing Sea Lions.
Its so peaceful!
Apartments, at least the one I live in, are large with really big patios.I have plenty of closet space, my bedroom is also very spacious.
My dogs have plenty of room to run around and play.
(I would like to note the staff is extremely dog friendly!)
All the ladies in the office were easy to talk to and they are on top of everything.
If you have a problem, question or concern you will hear from someone within the hour either in person or via e-mail.
They were eager to answer questions and always willing to help and take care of business! They are trustworthy, honest and keep the community in the loop of on going events, developments, etc.
Finally, I am very happy with the other resistants living in the building.
Nice, respectful and it is a quiet place to live...which is wonderful.
It is a welcoming, homey, excellent place to live!
