If I could rate them with less than one star I would. We purchased a 2011 Jeep Liberty from these people last week they shorted our payoff of our trade in vehicle purposely and tried to get us to write them a check for $500 saying that was the difference of what we still owed. I called the bank and it was only $88. I filed the first complaint with the BBB and they tried to scramble and say it was my banks fault and a payment was JUST posted (even though it cleared my bank over a week prior). Then they said they'd be "nice" and pay the $88 dollar difference on our behalf for the inconvenience. We've had the vehicle one week and couldn't get the Bluetooth to work on the radio so we went in so they could show us how to use it. We waited while the service manager spoke to the sales manager and then had a sales person come out and tell us that it was not included with the car (even though we were told by the test driver and the finance guy it was) and if we wanted it we'd have to pay $400!!! I checked our paperwork and the window sticker and it is NOT listed as a "Optional" feature. They are a bunch of crooks here!!!!
