This company is terrible. I paid $120 for an electronic cigarette. Before I even left the mall where I purchased it I realized it was broken. I went back and it was promtly replaced. When I got home the new one was broken. I went back and tried to return it and get a refund. The told me they do not give refunds. They only had one very small sign posted on one side of the kiosk stating this. I was never on that side. The receipt does not state there return policy. After speaking with the owner he called me many names and told me to leave immediatley or he was going to call the cops. He ended up replacing a few pieces. Only to get home and find out the third replacement is defective as well. I called corporate and they agree with the owner of the dealership. Do not buy this product if you don't want to spend alot of money on a defective product.
