This is the worst company ever!
I bought a washer and dryer set from them. After just a few weeks of using it both the dryer and washer had something wrong with them, always stopping in the middle and lights are always going on and off. The machines even turn on themselves sometimes. The dryer is energy efficient, but it doesn’t work that way if you have to let it run 5 times because your clothes are never dry! Jesus, worst owner of any company I’ve ever met, sends his people to my house to fix the machines. I think they just pretend to fix it and leave. They have come back over five times and the dryer is still not working! The thing won’t even start! Now when I call Jesus he asks me to call back every time and when I do then he never answers. I just spoke to him right now and he yelled at me and hung up. I called him back and he said if I don’t call him back in 30 minutes he is going to hang up on me again. And he did just that! I guess he was really busy selling broken washer and dryers to other victims. Congrats Jesus and El Pariente! You guys are the best in the business when it comes to scamming people and having the worst customer services in San Jose!
