I am pleased to see that many people are contacting the BBB. They have 35 complaints and 11 have gone unanswered. I am going to keep pressing for people to report them to the BBB. I think some people think it is not worth it, but it is. If you can navigate the Internet you can take a few minutes to file a complaint, if this company has wronged you.
