Lied about shipment date and terrible customer service.

Christmas has been ruined by the dishonesty of their published shipping dates. I ordered my son's only christmas gift on the website. It was written on the website that the order would be shipped by 12/15. I never heard from them so I called and they never answered the phone. I finally waited to chat with someone only to be told that the order is still processing and they have NO idea when it will actually be shipped. The customer service then ended the chat while I was still typing. Big mistake to order from them.
